Hi guys,

These are my blog/diary webisodes of my MMA & grappling training in Tokyo, Japan. I travel to Tokyo a minimum of twice a year (just got back from an OCT week trip) to learn new techniques and to improve my all round game. With the help of my sponsors, I am able to film these adventures. This trip saw me training at SHOOTING GYM Hakkei with Eiji Murayama, Takeya Mizugaki and more.
